Almost every British pub is the place to be, and drinking beer is one of Britain's traditional practices. The bar is a major characteristic of United Kingdom culture, the public house in various sizes is all over the whole nation everywhere. Local bars as a cultural community, is really a long history, it has been melted into the local people's daily life, daily leisure time to sit in bars or to have a drink has already became one kind of the habits which are not allowed to give up . Some bars from different characteristics can be seen on the signboards that they have several hundred years of operating history. The bar is such an important place in British's heart, they seldom the same as the Chinese people to home visit, chat. All the neighborhood contacts, friends gathered in bars are basically conducted. If Chinese is that magical straight-forward, British inside the bar are absolutely being to go even beyond. The usual conservative Britain restraint in daily life shows another self-publicity in bars. Bars often busy after 9’o clock in the evening, and only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday in a week, most people are excited because there will be some bands normally play their favorites jazz. Pub culture is designed to promote sociability in a society known for its reserve. Standing at the bar for service allows you to chat with others waiting to be served. The bar is the social center in Britain which gathers with friends.
